Here is the box before it was fully assembled. Used a plastic sheeting and covered it with polar fleece

4 year old George told his mother he really wanted to be Diesel 10 for halloween....There are no purchasable Diesel 10 costumes on the market of course! I told her I could probably figure it out. I was of course going to have to ship this costume to the next state so i didn't want to just use a regular box and have to fit it into another bigger box. The shipping costs would be more expensive than the costume!

So I created a box out of Plastic sheeting and polar fleece. The face I hand painted from pictures found on the internet, the crane (Itchy is its name) is made from parts of a box. The white and black details were done with foam sheets. It is held together with some simple straps.
