My good friend...we'll call her E wanted to be a Can-Can for halloween this year with her favorite colors (hot pink, purple, and black). So I whipped her up a fun party dress, that she didn't want to take off. The pattern for the top is a revised pattern from www.burdastyle.com (anna top) and the skirt is a revised pattern from www.cutoutandkeep.net (Burlesque Bustle Skirt). I was extremely happy the way it came out!
