I do love the pattern for the scalloped boy-short pattern. Is this pattern available as a down load or to purchase?

I have been wanting to try panties for some time now but the free pattern and instructions are not very cute and usually talks about recycling T-shirts, which is not a bad idea, but this seems so sexy and lady-like. Would love to have the pattern
